The Performance Evaluation achievement was added to Honkai Star Rail in version 2.1, but it wasn’t available from the start of the patch since Aventurine debuted after Acheron. Now that everyone’s favorite blonde boy is in the game, though, you can earn some bonus Stellar Jades by attaining this achievement.

How to Get the Performance Evaluation Achievement in Honkai Star Rail

To get the Performance Evaluation achievement in Honkai Star Rail, you need to use Aventurine to land the finishing blow on a Senior Staff Team Leader enemy. These are the enemies that apply Performance Points to foes.

Getting the achievement is simple enough since all you need to do is deal the killing blow with Aventurine, but finding a Senior Staff Team Leader is the hard part. They tend to show up in Memory of Chaos quite often (one is currently available in Chronicle of the White Nights Dream Kingdom stage seven).

When Honkai Star Rail version 2.2 is released, there will be a new Stagnant Shadow available in the new SoulGlad Scorchsand Audition Venue location that will feature a Senior Staff Team Leader as the main enemy. This Stagnant Shadow will drop materials for characters like Robin and Boothill, but it’s also the best place to earn this achievement with Aventurine.

If you’re having trouble dealing enough damage to land the killing blow on a Senior Team Staff Leader, then make sure your Aventurine build is up to the task. Even though he’s a Preservation character, he can dish out a surprising amount of damage as long as you give him the right Relics and unlock his most important Traces.
