How many hours does it take to beat the MW3 campaign?

The Modern Warfare 3 (2023) campaign is now out and players are wondering how many hours it’ll take to beat it. Though it isn’t a 1:1 replica of the MW3 (2011) campaign, it will be similar which gives us a good idea of how long the campaign is.

How many hours does it take to beat the MW3 campaign?

Since the MW3 (2023) campaign is similar to the MW3 (2011) campaign, I’m guessing it’ll take around six to eight hours to beat. There are a total of 14 missions in the Modern Warfare 3 campaign, and after you fully beat the campaign, you’ll unlock some sweet rewards.

A big difference between this campaign and the one from 12 years ago is there are open combat areas that offer a variety of gameplay approaches. Because of this, I could see the average time to clear the MW3 campaign bump up to around eight to 10 hours. If you’re playing on a harder difficulty, it may take even longer.

I’ve seen players online say that the Modern Warfare 3 campaign is like “Warzone with cutscenes.” If the open combat areas are that intense, there is room for the MW3 campaign length to stretch out further. Also, the replayability of the campaign sounds like it’ll be higher than any previous Call of Duty campaign. I could see players trying to do an all-stealth run or a pistols-only run.

All this to say, the MW3 campaign isn’t that long. All Call of Duty campaigns are usually the same length, hovering around 10 hours to beat, so we can expect close to that with Modern Warfare 3. However, if you were looking to push the length of the MW3 campaign even further with co-op, I have some sad news for you.
