How to beat Invincible Rummy in Armored Core 6

Invincible no more.

Armored Core 6 has a lot of different fights for you to go through, and a lot of them can be pretty challenging. Take Balteus for example, a fight that walled myself for two days before I found the right build to be able to beat it. That’s the core of Armored Core 6, finding the correct build for every fight that the game presents to you. You can tackle any fight in the game with any build you want, but some fights want you to spec into certain builds, and with the flexibility and ease of access in-terms of builds, this is a pretty fun thing to do. One of the fights you face in Armored Core 6 is against Invincible Rummy, who’s a fight in the arena as well as appearing during the main story. Here’s our guide on how to beat Invincible Rummy in Armored Core 6.

Invincible Rummy is an enemy you’ll come up against relatively early on in Armored Core 6 if you partake in the arena mode, where he’s the first boss. But he will also show up in Chapter 2 of the main story, meaning you fight him pretty early on regardless of where you find him. Invincible Rummy’s build consists of melee and close range weapons, meaning if you get too close to him he can deal some major damage to you and ruin your day.

The strategy to be able to beat Invincible Rummy is to simply keep your distance. As long as you keep your distance and keep moving you should be able to deal some big damage to Invincible Rummy and be able to take him out without much hassle.

For builds to use against Invincible Rummy, I personally think just using any ranged weapon works well against him, due to the nature of just needing some distance between you and him. I personally run dual pistols, and this builds up stagger pretty quickly, meaning you can get some big damage off. I personally use both Kinetic and Laser pistols, as both have advantages and disadvantages, such as Laser pistols having a lot more ammo than their Kinetic counterparts.
