Quincies are sprit sensitive players in Type Soul who are able to see shinigami and the spirits of the dead. They’re pretty powerful players and a great choice to choose in the game. If you decide to become a Quincy in Type Soul, you will be locked into this character unless you find yourself a Soul Stone and reset your character.

Becoming a Quincy in Type Soul is an easy process once you know how:

  • First of all, with a new character, kill yourself. This won’t be too hard; just find another player in Type Soul, or some enemies.
  • Once you have died, your new character will be an empty soul, ready for transformation.
  • Run around the outside walls of the arena, looking for a tunnel with an icy floor. This tunnel is only open every ten minutes, so be patient.
  • Enter into the tunnel, and you will be transported to the area in which you can become a Quincy in Type Soul.
  • As you make your way through the tunnels toward the light, you will eventually come across a Statue.
