How to build a Foxparks Harness in Palworld

Now warm the hearts of your enemies both literally and figuratively.

In Palworld, each Pal species has its own set of unique traits. Some can be a utility while others are better suited for combat. One Pal called Foxparks has paws in both worlds with the potential to become a fan favorite.

Don’t let the cuteness of Foxparks fool you. There’s more than meets the eye with this one.

Palworld: How to build a Foxparks harness

The good thing about Foxparks in Palworld: they can be easy to find and catch. After you’ve caught one, you’ll need to buy the Foxparks’ Harness in the Technology tab. It’ll be in the sixth tier row and should cost about two Technology Points.

Before going any further, it would be a good idea to get the resources you need for the harness at this point. You’ll need five Flame Organs, three Leather, and five Paldium Fragments. The Flame Organs and Leather can be found by attacking Foxparks. You shouldn’t have much of an issue farming them. Paldium Fragments are just as easy, look for blue-tinted rocks — there are thousands of them throughout the world.

Now, you have resources for the harness. Next, you’ll need to build it. To do so, make sure you have a Pal Gear Workbench. It should be in the sixth column and cost around two or three points. You’ll need 10 Paldium Fragments, 30 Wood, and 2 Cloth. Wood is easy to find since you can chop it from trees or pick it up. Cloth can be made from wool, which is also simple to gain.

How to use the harness

With the Foxparks caught and harness made, all you have to do now is use them together. Upon building and picking up the harness, the Foxparks should have it equipped automatically. Send out Foxparks, and press the F key on PC or the X button on Xbox to get the Foxparks to jump into your loving embrace. When you hold the Pal, you can use its ability. The flamethrower lasts, so ensure you’re holding the button down while using the skill.

Something I did by mistake was using the move at once without realizing there was a cool down. You’ll start to see the gauge at the bottom deplete at a medium rate. My advice here would be to use it strategically. While it’s a powerful move, it can cause a headache for you if your timing is off.

Did you know you can put your Pals on a ranch? Foxparks aren’t ideal for this aspect of Palworld, but here are some Pals that can utilize the ranch better.

Palworld is in Early Access now via Steam, Game Pass, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
