Super Mario Bros. Wonder – how to complete the Jump! Jump! Jump! level in Fluff-puff Peaks

This level begins with you standing near a yellow pipe. To your right, a Wonder Flower waits to produce a gauntlet for you to endure. To complete the Jump! Jump! Jump! level in Fluff-puff Peaks, you must survive a timed race to the end of the gauntlet without falling into the pit.

If at any point while attempting the gauntlet you fall into the pit, you will not lose a life. That’s just about the only good news. Instead of perishing, you drop to a lower area, just ahead of a staircase that leads to a level flag. However, pulling down that flag doesn’t complete the level. Therefore, you should just head through the pipe to your left to return to the level’s higher point. Then you can make another attempt at the gauntlet.

Once the Wonder Flower timer starts, wait a few seconds. Then, in time with the beat, new platforms appear for you to run across. The beat gradually speeds up as you rush through the stage. If you fall more than a few beats behind, platforms can vanish beneath you. In that case, you will drop into the pit. Along the way, you can collect three large Flower Coins, but your real goal is simply to reach the end. If you have the Add ! Blocks booster, I recommend activating it.

The early part of the course is clearly only there to give you time to figure out what’s required.

Shortly after you snag the first large Wonder Coin, jump along a few more ledges before reaching a series of ledges with coins placed in a row. As you arrive on the first in that series of ledges, start running full-speed to the right, knowing you’ve reached the part of the course that matters.

Hop quickly along the next series of ascending platforms leading to the second large Wonder Coin, making only small leaps. Focus on moving at at least a trot. Don’t hold the jump button too long for any hop, since larger jumps slow you down. Don’t tap too lightly, though, or you’ll bump into the next ledge as you barrel along. It may require some practice.

After the second large Wonder Coin, you arrive at the trickiest series of platforms with more vertical space between them. Make bigger leaps here, while maintaining your speed. You need to clear the front of each ledge, or your character grabs at their edges and loses time. If you lose much momentum at all, you’ve lost. If you try timing your leaps carefully, you have also lost. Keep moving at all costs.

Past the last of those ascending ledges, take a long leap through the air to reach a higher bridge of ledges to your upper right. This is the last part of the course. I like to take long jumps while still moving right as fast as I can. The final few ledges disappear at an alarming rate. The last of them may vanish even when you’re moving quickly. If you have the Add ! Blocks booster enabled, a short row of them positioned at the very end of the gauntlet may just save you from a last-second fall.

Past the last of the disappearing platforms, you receive a Wonder Seed. Then you can climb a staircase and jump out to a flag. Pull it down to cause a retainer to appear, who provides the stage’s second Wonder Seed. When you complete the stage, you also access the Expert Badge Challenge – Spring Feet I area on the map. Nice going!
