How to finish the Wall-Climb Jump 2 Badge Challenge in Super Mario Bros. Wonder

When you get into the stage, the first thing you can do to try and get to terms with the Badge itself is getting the ? block on the left. How this Badge works is that you get a jump straight up as your first wall-jump, instead of it immediately firing you out from the wall. Instead, the Wall-Climb Jump Badge in Super Mario Bros. Wonder lets you climb the wall with the first jump, then eject from the wall with the second jump. This challenge needs you to make use of that combined with changing walls to wall-jump again, much like this first area. Head over to the right and wall-jump once, then eject, and wall-jump off the other wall to get above the platform.

With the formula in mind, the next part is pretty easily laid out for you, where you’re going to need to wall-jump up these green mini-walls, then eject from them and stand on top of other ones to be able to refresh your Wall-Climb Jump Badge in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. To get the first 10 coin, you’re going to need to stand where the image above is, then wall jump up the circled wall, then hop across and fall down to the coin. This took me a few tries, but you’ll get there eventually when you work out where the coin is in relation to you.

The second section

Once you have the coin, jump up until you hit the image above, it’s a pretty simple test of what we’ve learned so far. So continue to ply your trade of wall-jumping up these mini-walls. After you get here, you’ll see some moving blocks, these are pretty easy to maneuver as well, just wait for the blocks to be closer to the location you’re jumping to and you’re good to go. Getting the second 10 coin in this Wall-Climb Jump 2 Badge Challenge is a bit tricky though. Once you get to the image below, don’t try and make the jump straight to the coin as you can’t make it, go to the left platform, then up one, and then jump to the coin’s location. You can make it back to the higher platform after grabbing the coin too if you can wall-climb jump again.

The final section

The next part of the Wall-Climb Jump 2 Badge Challenge is honestly incredibly difficult if you don’t know the trick for it. It’s kind of hard to explain in words, but here goes. For this, you’re going to want to wall-climb jump up the one that rotates to make the side you’re jumping up flat. This means you can land and refresh your wall-climb jump, and continue to ascend by standing on the top of each one, and waiting a little so you can do this as it begins to turn.

Here’s my attempt at visualizing the process I talk about in the paragraph above. Screenshot: PC Invasion

So for this part of the Wall-Climb Jump 2 Badge Challenge, I went on the right-side of the left-hand one. This means the first one becomes flat as I jump up the wall, and when I reach the top, the one above it becomes flat in the same way, meaning you can land and refresh your jump. When you get to the two that are above each other, go on the right-hand side of the second one, and you should be able to make it to the top.

The final 10 coin is here too, to get this, stand on top of the final spinning wall, and then wait until it starts to turn to take you closer to the area where the coin is, then jump once you can make the jump, wall-climb jump up once, then you can get the coin, and proceed to the end of the challenge where you can get to the top of the flag by wall-climb jumping up the wall to the left of the flag.
