Before crafting any item in Palworld, you will need to first unlock the recipe by increasing your Technology Level in the game. To unlock the recipe for crafting a Glider, you will need to reach Technology Level 5 and unlock it separately using 2 Technology Points.

Once you have unlocked the recipe of the Glider, you will need to craft it using the Primitive Workbench. For crafting a Glider or a Normal Parachute in Palworld, you will need 10 Wood and 2 Cloth.

Getting Wood is a very easy task in Palworld. You can gather Wood by roaming and exploring around the world of Palpagos Island. Moreover, you can also gather Wood by cutting down trees using an axe.

By the time you reach Technology Level 5, you must have unlocked Cloth at Level 3. Getting Clothes in Palworld is also an easy task but would require a few steps to be done at first. For crafting Cloth, you will need to collect Wool, which needs to be obtained by killing Pals like Cremis, Lamball, or Melpaca. Once you have collected enough Wool, go to the Primitive Workbench and make the required amount of Cloth for yourself.

Once you are done collecting both of these items, use the Primitive Workbench to craft a Glider for yourself. You can use the Glider to fly in the air by pressing the jump button two times consecutively. But keep in mind that gliding will take up a significant amount of your Stamina very fast. You cannot float in the air once your Stamina bar reaches zero.

It is not possible to upgrade your Glider in Palworld, but you can craft higher levels of it once you reach higher Technology Levels. Once you reach Technology Level 17, you will unlock Mega Glider, and you will also unlock Giga Glider at Technology Level 40. The Mega Glider will need 10 Bone, 20 Cloth, and 50 Wood, and the Giga Glider will need 10 High Quality Cloth, 20 Refined Ingot, 20 Carbon Fiber, and 100 Wood to be crafted.

Black Marketeer will make the process of getting a lot of items easier for you, and here is how you can find the Black Marketeer in Palworld.
