You will find yourself lacking in this rare resource early in the game. In both the campaign and multiplayer it is a vital resource needed to upgrade your base. Without it, you are unable to build the nodes that collect the much rarer resources and unlock the buildings you need to defeat the Piglins. The game does little to let you know the best ways to farm Prismarine in Minecraft Legends, but there are a few methods that will help.

Piglin raids

At night, the Piglins will pitch raids against various villages around the map. You should be fighting to protect these villages as they are a valuable source of resources. You will be alerted to the location of the next raid, so it is a simple case of being ready with your sword and horde of defenders.

Piglin raids will come with a few heavy hitters. These big enemies often drop a handful of Prismarine in Minecraft Legends and can be used to farm at low risk.

Piglin bases

If you want the real goldmine then go for a Piglin base. Make sure it isn’t too far out of your league and start breaking down those buildings. Use your best building-destroying allies to break apart as many of the smaller buildings as you can. You don’t need to defeat the whole base to farm a good collection of Prismarine in Minecraft Legends. Each upgrade you need will only cost 100 Prismarine, so once you have that in your inventory, feel free to cut and run. There isn’t too much else to look for in the bases unless you have made your way to the chest. You can use your Piglin Key to unlock these for some extra little goodies.

Finally, be aware as you hammer away at the Piglin base; if you destroy the portal, every building will be destroyed, dropping their Prismarine. It disappears quickly, so make sure you pick off all the smaller buildings before the central one.

The main focus when collecting your Prismarine is on the resource-collecting upgrade nodes. With each new upgrade, you will be able to start collecting new resources around the map. These new resources, in turn, unlock new allies. As you progress, other towers will become available to build, furthering your resource-collecting power and allowing for the collection of Power Towers. These can be focused on in the later game. As a guide, you should focus on your resources first, once you have all these available, start your upgrades.
