The most common reason why this error pops up is that your phone might not be up to the requirements. To check if your device is compatible with COD Warzone Mobile, head to either the Apple Store or Google Play.

You should find out if your phone can right the game. If it can’t run COD Warzone Mobile, you may have to upgrade your phone. If that’s the case, try to run the game on PC rather than spending money on a new phone

My phone can run COD Warzone Mobile, but I was still hit with this issue. Fortunately, there are some easy fixes to get you back into earning Event Points to help your team win milestones. The steps below are the ones that I’ve used and got me into the game successfully. If your phone works with the game and still getting the error, the methods below should help.

  • Update your device: From experience in other games, this is probably the surefire way to fix the game. COD Warzone Mobile requires the current firmware of Android and iPhones. You may be using the phone and not realizing the device may be out of date. So make sure it’s up to date.
  • Close any background apps: The game needs at least 8 GB of RAM. If you have a mid-range phone, 8 GB of RAM can be filled up quickly. Close down any programs running behind the scenes. Doing this might also increase the performance of the game overall. I have the Samsung S23 which is considered high-range, but I still had to do this, and it worked for me.
  • Reinstall the game: If the above options don’t work, give COD Warzone Mobile a clean install that may fix the issue. I haven’t tested out this step myself, but based on what the community has said, this can give you a better chance of making the game work.
