The Broodmother’s Stinger drops exclusively from one elite enemy: Nine-Eyes, The Broodmother. She falls into the super-unique category, these being special enemies with distinct abilities who only appear at specific locations on the overworld map. In Nine-Eyes’ case, she only appears in the western section of Kehjistan, in the Rugged Coastline area. The map above shows her precise location.
The quickest way to reach Nine-Eyes is to warp to the Iron Wolves Encampment Waypoint, then travel west as shown above. Once you reach the marked spot, you should find Nine-Eyes there. It’s also worth noting that Nine-Eyes, like many other super-unique enemies, will only appear at night, so pass the time fighting lesser monsters in the surrounding area if it’s still daytime when you get there.

Once you encounter Nine-Eyes, get ready for a fight. While she doesn’t have a huge amount of health, she packs devastating poison abilities that can easily drain you down to nothing even through several healing potion uses. She has a base level of 50, regardless of your current level, but will likely scale up beyond that if you’re over level 50 yourself.
The best strategy here is to keep your distance, avoid all of her attacks if possible, and keep the pressure on so you can end the fight quickly. Ranged classes like Rogue and Sorcerer are well-suited to this fight in particular. Despite her high level, she goes down fairly quickly to focussed attacks, so seize any openings and get stuck in to make things as easy as possible.

Once she falls, she will drop the usual assortment of health potions and gold you’d expect from an elite enemy, but in addition she will also drop the Broodmother’s Stinger weapon. This is a Rogue-exclusive weapon, providing solid damage alongside a boost to poison damage, damage over time, and damage to healthy enemies. Naturally, this is an ideal inclusion in any poison-based Rogue build, but the extra damage to healthy enemies means it can slot in fine on most builds if it’s matched to your current level.
