Muscle Drinks can sometimes appear in chests in Tartarus, so there’s a chance you might have found one already by the time Elizabeth gives you this request. But since this isn’t a guarantee, you can always head to the one place that sells them. Aohige Pharmacy over in Paulownia Mall sells Muscle Drinks for 1,000 Yen each.

This is pretty pricey there’s no doubt about that. But racking up some quick money is done pretty easily in Tartarus as the game goes on. So don’t worry too much about spending a lot of money in the early parts of the game. You can get Muscle Drinks as early as 4/21 when you first get true freedom to explore Iwatodai in Persona 3 Reload. So if you’re wanting to get a quick start at finishing a request you can do that.

Muscle Drinks are also great consumables in the early game because they heal 150 HP. Sure there’s a chance that the character using it becomes afflicted with a status effect too. But if you’re up against a tough boss and don’t have Personas with great healing abilities just yet, Muscle Drinks are your best bet for quick healing.

Some extra advice

While you’re getting a Muscle Drink in Persona 3 Reload, there are a few other items worth grabbing too. If you’re buying multiple Muscle Drinks, it might also be worth grabbing a Dis-Charm, Dis-Poison, or Dis-Rage. Just in case the Muscle Drinks do cause some unwanted side effects during a fight. Trust me, not getting any status heals led to me losing a fight that cost hours of progress in the original game.

Additionally, be sure to grab some Band-Ace items as soon as you can. These revive party members with 50% HP and they’re incredibly valuable in the early hours of the game. If Persona 3 Reload is your first time playing a game with this sort of combat, you’ll want to have these items to get you out of a bad situation. Also, keep an eye out for Twilight Fragments locations to get even better loot throughout the game.
