Palworld: How to make Recovery Meds

Normally, healing yourself in Palworld is out of the question unless you have Pals with specific Partner Skills that aid you in health recovery. Now you won’t have to rely too hard on healer pals, but how can you get Recovery Meds in Palworld? Just head to your Medicine Workbench and create Recovery Meds from there.

Whether it’s a Medieval or Electric Medicine Workbench, once you update Palworld you should see Recovery Meds as an option. You can craft a Medieval Medicine Workbench at Technology level 12, and it only requires two wood, five nails, and 10 Paldium Fragments. The crafting recipe for Recovery Meds requires these items:

  • x5 Cavern Mushroom
  • x5 Red Berries
  • x5 Pal Fluids
  • x3 Cotton Candy

Cavern Mushrooms are a new item entirely, available for harvesting in cave dungeons. You can spot them immediately as they grow a bright green. Cotton Candy, on the other hand, is the product of a Woolipop. You can either kill the Woolipop to have it drop Cotton Candy, or assign it to a Ranch to have it produce Cotton Candy for you.

This consumable won’t heal you instantly, but the item will heal your wounds over time. It restores five health per second, and it lasts for 600 seconds, which is 10 minutes. Recovery Meds are perfect for boss fights so you can slowly recover health over the entire fight, or you can use them while fighting waves of enemies in dungeons.

Since this isn’t an item that heals you instantly, I still recommend that you keep around a Pal that can heal you like Teafant. You’ll need to stay alive for some of the toughest fights ahead, like the new Raid Boss Bellanoir.
