Diablo 4: How to get the Caged Heart of the Barber
There are many ways to farm for Malignant Hearts in Diablo 4. The more complicated things you do, the rarer the heart you could run into. The same applies here. Since the heart has a random chance to drop, my advice to you would be to run through the Malignant Tunnels scattered throughout Sanctuary. Another way would be by crafting Uncertain Hearts which can be done at Cormond’s Work Bench. The second method does have a higher chance, however, getting the material to craft Uncertain Hearts will take more time. It’s also worth noting that the Caged Heart of the Barber will only appear on World Tier 3 and 4.Â
Why you should care about the heart
As mentioned, the Caged Heart of the Barber is all about power. To start, every critical strike you inflict between 4 and 2 seconds gets absorbed.
