How to get the Frog Lantern in Sea of Thieves

If you say you don't want this, you're lying to yourself.

The official Sea of Thieves X page released an image of a Frog Lantern that inspired awe in every pirate who laid eyes upon it. The immediate question on everyone’s mind was: “How do I get it right now?”

Getting the Frog Lantern in Sea of Thieves

The Fog-Piercing Frog Lantern is an incredibly adorable lantern players may be able to grab in Sea of Thieves, added in Season 11. I immediately scoured the Pirate Emporium and Equipment Vendors. All to no avail.

It turns out that the only way to get the Frog Lantern currently is by achieving level 70. This means that you’ll have to accomplish the mighty daily deeds and trials that have been replenished in Season 11. Completing these challenges adds to your renown and levels you up in the event, with every level bringing you rewards.

Thankfully, this is a free reward, meaning every player has a chance to get it should they work hard enough.

Once Season 11 is over, I’d imagine that the Fog-Piercing Frog Lantern will get lost to time, becoming a time-limited exclusive item. It may come back as a purchasable item through the Pirate Emporium, but we don’t know for sure. So, get it while you can!

Tips to level up Renown quickly

If you want to quickly level up your Renown in Sea of Thieves Season 11, then you’ll want to heed the following tips and tricks.

Every session, make sure to complete the Daily Deeds. These really don’t take long and will provide a great boost to your Renown level in the long run. Even if you didn’t plan on doing that activity, they’re so easy and simple that you can perform them while traveling to whatever voyage or world event you wish to do. You can find the Daily Deeds in the Events menu on the Season 11 page.

Also, if the Seasonal Trials look too overwhelming, ignore them and focus on the weekly and monthly trials instead. Completing those trials will work towards one of the Seasonal Trials, and in a few weeks, you can check back to see how close you are to completing certain Seasonal Trials. Completing these will provide a huge boost to your Renown.

Now that you know how to get one of the best things in the world ever, why don’t you familiarize yourself with everything else added to Sea of Thieves in Season 11?
