Players can get the Ultimate Party Animal card in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth by completing the side quest “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop.” The side quest is available only when players complete a long list of requirements
Here is all you need to do to unlock the Can’t Stop Won’t Stop side quest:
- Reach Chapter 12 of the main story.
- Complete the “Hightail” primary objective.
- Finish all other 35 side quests in the game.
- Complete all minigames at the Gold Saucer.
Once you complete all the requirements, the Can’t Stop Won’t Stop side quest becomes available at the Costa Del Sol community board, but it takes place at the Gold Saucer. I found unlocking the side quest incredibly time-consuming, but I found completing it even harder. In the following section, we discuss the objectives of the side quest.

- Beat the UPA’s High Score at the Musclehead Colosseum
- Beat the UPA’s High Score at the Chocobo Races
- Beat the UPA’s High Score in G-Bike
- Beat the UPA’s High Score in Queen’s Blood
- Beat the UPA’s High Score in Galactic Saviors
- Throw Down with the Shinra Middle Manager
After finishing the last objective, you will receive the Ultimate Party Animal Queen’s Blood card. I recommend practicing on the easier difficulties for these minigames to prepare you to beat the UPA’s high score.
You will also be rewarded with Gambler Materia and Mecha Chocobo Attire. The Gambler Materia allows you to use an ability or spell from the party’s equipped Materia at random. Meanwhile, the Mecha Chocobo Attire can be used in Chocobo Racing.
Ultimate Party Animal card ability
The Ultimate Party Animal card is a godsend for any Queen’s Blood player. It’s so good that I started winning some Queen’s Blood games, which I couldn’t do previously. The way it works is this: if the card is in play at the end of a round, the loser of each lane’s total score is added to the winners.
This essentially means that the card can be a great way to get a score way higher than what you should have and ultimately could lead you to win the entire match. It may even help you win the Queen’s Blood tournament in the new game Plus.
