Introduced in the new update are Ulitmate Levels, which are earned differently than usual level ranks. To learn how to earn Ultimate Levels fast in Spiderman 2, keep reading.

Spiderman 2: How to earn Ulitmate Levels fast

An Ultimate Level, as stated in the Version 1.002.000 update notes, is simply a level rank earned through the accumulation of XP, but now you can continue leveling even after having reached the base game’s level cap of 60. To get an Ulitmate Level you must be playing in the New Game Plus mode. To earn them quickly, I suggest you complete the game’s many side activities. But don’t do just any side quests. I’ve found Markos Memories, the Mysterium, Prowler Stashes, and Hunter Bases seem to yield quite a bit of XP even if you get the bronze medal.

You can do the story, but I would recommend going back and forth between the main missions and the side stuff. The best part about Spiderman 2’s update is that you can replay missions. So if miss out on getting 100 percent on a story mission, replay it and try again.

Another – more difficult – way to earn Ulitmate Levels fast is to get a gold medal on these side missions. The better you perform during those missions, the more XP you get. This may be a challenge, but the XP you get will be worth it.

Spiderman 2 is also a living and breathing game. While you’re swinging around, there may be mini challenges you can do like saving someone or chasing a car. If you complete the bonus objectives, you can easily earn extra XP even while you’re not doing anything.

If you want to get around New York in a zip, try fast traveling. The mechanic isn’t best explained in Spiderman 2, but this guide will help you out.
