They aren't toy soldiers.

No, a bullet to the head is not something you can walk off in Men of War 2. Here is how to heal your soldiers in Men of War 2.

Men of War 2: How to heal your soldiers

Healing your soldiers is one of the many things you can micro-manage in Men of War 2 and there are many ways you can do so. The first of them is, well, doing absolutely nothing.

You see, while your soldiers can be fatally shot by the enemy, they can still suffer minor injuries during their confrontations. If that is the case, then every single soldier is capable of tending to their wounds without any help, given that they have bandages in their inventory. However, if a soldier is fatally shot, you will need to click on the drop of blood logo floating on top of them.

This will summon the medics — similarly to how engineers are summoned to build defenses — who will take these fallen soldiers so they can be treated so that they can return to the field and deal vengeance to the enemy soldier who shot him in the first place. However, for the medics to show up in the first place, your army needs to have them in their composition, so you would want to include them beforehand.

Another way to treat your injured soldiers who no longer carry bandages or medicine is to redirect them to the closest infirmary on the map. All you need to do then is wait for the soldiers to get treated so they can resume the fight. I recommend moving in with haste since soldiers in such a state are prone to be shot down very fast.

While the Campaign missions will not feature this building most of the time, I did find it on PVP matches since they are more focused on conflict than on specific objectives. Some modes do propose you complete objectives first, like capturing an area of the map

Either way, treat your soldiers with care since you won’t have an infinite stream of militia to summon. After all, this game is more about planning than creating a giant army to conquer the world, which has failed many times in history, by the way.
