Throughout your playthrough of World of Horror, your Stamina will slowly degrade. You’ll come to realize that the more you engage in combat and other random encounters, the worse your Stamina gets, alongside your Reason. Stamina is essentially your health, and Reason is like your sanity. There are specific ways to heal yourself in World of Horror, so let me teach you how.
World of Horror: How to heal Stamina and Reason
After facing off against random monsters, your Stamina and Reason will drain faster than you realize. Luckily, there are ways to fix this. Healing yourself in World of Horror is done by either resting, bathing, visiting the doctor, or acquiring consumables.
When you’re not currently solving a mystery, you can take a bath. Choose the temperature of water to either heal some Stamina or Reason. But during a mystery, there are more options for healing yourself.
Head to your home and select “Rest” to heal a bit of Stamina and Reason. You want to make sure your stats are high enough for the next random encounter.
There’s also the hospital. Visiting a doctor can heal Injuries, which are caused by physical altercations, and can inflict debuffs on your stats. If you don’t want to constantly visit the doctor after getting Injuries, purchase a Bandage from the Pharmacy for Minor Injuries.

Note: The only way to unlock the Pharmacy is to unlock City Planning after completing the Shiokawa History I achievement. You can earn this achievement by unlocking 15 achievements in World of Horror.
You can always visit the Shop to purchase healing consumables as well. Although you may not see it available, if you choose to purchase a random discount item, you may gain an item such as Bottle (Milk), which can heal some Stamina. There are also random situations throughout World of Horror that pop up and allow you to buy consumables.
For example, Vending Machines can give you Soft Drinks that heal some Reason. Also, you can eat a nice steak meal at the Lavish Dinner event. There are various ways of coming across consumables, as you can see.
