Since the durability of your weapons and tools can run out pretty quickly, let’s explore whether or not you can repair them.

LEGO Fortnite: Can you repair tools and weapons?

You’ve been using that Pickaxe and Sword quite a lot, but now they’re losing durability. What can you do? Unfortunately, there is no legit way to repair your weapons and tools in LEGO Fortnite. Although, this survival mode is pretty new, so this could become a feature in future updates. But for now, the only way to fix this issue is to craft brand-new weapons and tools.

There is one catch though: There currently is a sneaky way to fix the durability of your tools, but it isn’t legit. There’s one bug that players have discovered online where you store your low-durability items in a chest, break the chest, and then pick up the items. After picking them back up, you should notice that the durability has reset.

Craft a Small Chest using six Planks, which we have a guide on how to get. I’d wait until most of your items are nearly broken, then place them all in the chest to fix them in one go. His “left-click” a few times to punch and break the chest, and your items should be brand new by the time you pick them up.

I tested this glitch out for myself, and it totally worked! Until Epic Games fixes this in a future patch, make use of it. Otherwise, you’ll just have to craft brand-new tools and weapons each time they run out of durability.
