Steam has just updated Mafia 3 with a new hotfix to tackle a few pressing issues.

The update addresses “blurry rendering” that some players were experiencing and “other stability improvements”. In the update the dev team also state they are “still working on more fixes for Mafia 3” and more details of those changes will appear in the “coming week”.
