Since I completed the side missions as I progressed through the main campaign in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, I was confused as to where the last EMF Experiment mission was. Spoiler alert, it only unlocks after you beat the main campaign.
But even when you find the last EMF Experiment location, solving the puzzle can take a while. No joke, that puzzle took me a good 20 minutes. To save you the time and headache, here is where to find the last EMF Experiment mission location and how to solve the puzzle in Spiderman 2.

Where to find the last EMF Experiment location in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
As mentioned previously, the last EMF Experiment location doesn’t unlock until after you complete the main campaign. This is because there are some story beats that happen as you complete the last EMF Experiment side mission that wouldn’t make sense unless you’ve completed the campaign.
After you’ve completed all the other EMF Experiment side missions and completed the main campaign, you’ll find the last EMF Experiment location in the garage at Aunt May’s house. This is found on the southeast side of Astoria. The location is in the image above.
How to solve the last EMF Experiment in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
Finding the last EMF Experiment is only half the battle — you still need to solve the plant attributes puzzle. In my opinion, this is the hardest puzzle, and the hardest part in general, in Spiderman 2.
Use the image above to solve the puzzle quickly. In the top two spots, slot the H on the left and the leaf on the right. Slot the water tiles on the left and right making sure they fit the H and leaf above. On the bottom, slot the other leaf on the left and the sun with the two one prongs on its bottom on the right.
After solving the puzzle, you’ll finish the EMF Experiment missions and unlock a suit for Peter. With that done, you can hunt down some of the best easter eggs in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.
