How to do the Rubik’s Cube trick in Spider-Man 2

There’s a neat trick Spider-Man can pull off with a few button combos, and not a lot of players know about it. You may have seen some videos online showing Spider-Man trying to solve a Rubik’s Cube, but how can you pull it off yourself? How you can perform the Rubik’s Cube trick in Spiderman 2 is by diving, pressing L3, pointing the left analog stick downwards, and holding Square.

These are a lot of button combinations to do at once. But once you try it a few times, you’ll get the hang of it. I recommend first climbing to a tall tower, just to make sure you can test it out without falling too close to the ground, especially if you have fall damage on.

Then, jump off, and press the left analog stick (L3) to start diving. Don’t hold L3, just press it, but then point the left analog stick downwards. Finally, you must hold the Square button. You should see Spider-Man pull out a Rubik’s Cube and try to solve it.

Although it’s a weird set of button combinations, it’s fun to perform. If you’re at a high-enough height, he’ll even have enough time to actually solve the Rubik’s Cube! Neat trick, right? There are tons of other cool combos and secrets in Spider-Man 2, we’ll let you know if we find out more.
