Sunset exploring a civil war next month

Tale of Tales’ Sunset, an exploration of a civil war via one man’s apartment, will be launching on 21 May.

Sunset looks at the impact of a civil war from the perspective of civilians who aren’t directly caught up in the fighting. You play Angela Burnes, a housekeeper in a fictional South American city, and the entire game takes place during weekly visits to the apartment of the wealthy Gabriel Ortega. You have to do housekeeping while you’re there, but you can also snoop around to find out more about what’s going on, and subtly influence the events unfolding in the city.

It’s an interesting concept, and one we’ll hopefully have time to look investigate around launch. For now, you can check out a new batch of rather lovely screenshots below.

Sunset is due out on 21 May.
