Microsoft has no plans to reward early adopters of the Xbox One now that it is Kinect-less

It has been announced that Microsoft are now knocking $100 off the Xbox One and allowing gamers to buy the console without Kinect. Whilst many fans see this as a good thing, there are a few who resent having to pay an extra $100 only for the company to offer the console for cheaper only a few months later.

When Euro Gamer asked a spokesperson from Microsoft if the early buyers will get any kind of reward for their loyalty he said “No. As with many first generation products, the offerings can be expected to change and evolve over time. Kinect remains an integral part of our vision. Xbox One is better with Kinect, making games, TV and entertainment come alive with premium experiences.”
