THQ has revealed their new FPS, Homefront, which will be shown for the first time at E3 next week.The new shooter is being developed by Kaos Studios and has been written by John Milius who worked on Apocalypse Now and Red Dawn. The story is set ten yeaers after the economic collapse of the US and follows the American Civilian Resistance who are fighting to reclaim their homeland from North Korean occupation.
THQ are touting the game as an ‘interactive cinematic FPS experience’ and gamers can expect all sorts of weaponry and vehicles to play with The game will feature both single player and multiplayer options and is set for release on the 360, PS3 and PC.We’ll be checking the game out next week so watch out for a report on our special E3 section which will be going live shortly..
