You’ll need to fulfill specific conditions first, which vary from weapon to weapon, but doing so will ensure you end up with the best weapons in the game. Read on to learn how to make the most of your entire arsenal with our Vampire Survivors weapon evolution guide.

How to Evolve Weapons in Vampire Survivors

A weapon has to be leveled up to its maximum level before it can be evolved. Beyond this, requirements vary, so we’ve broken the game’s weapons down into different categories to reflect this.

Once you’ve fulfilled a weapon’s evolution requirements, you have a chance of evolving it whenever you open a chest. This isn’t guaranteed, especially early on, but from about 10 minutes onwards, if you have an evolution lined up, chances are you’ll get it when you open a chest.

All special weapon evolutions in Vampire Survivors

This is the final category of weapon evolutions, and it contains the special cases that play by unique rules.

  • The Bracelet can be evolved into the Bi-Bracelet simply by leveling it up to its max level of six. It has no further requirements. The Bi-Bracelet can be evolved into the Tri-Bracelet in the same way.
  • Phiera Der Tuphello and Eight the Sparrow can be evolved into Phieraggi, provided both are at their max level and you have the Tiragisu passive item (you don’t need to max the Tiragisu out for this evolution).
  • Peachone and Ebony Wings can be evolved into Vandalier, provided both are at maximum level. You don’t need any additional passive items for this.
  • Vento Sacro and Bloody Tear can be evolved into Fuwalafuwaloo, provided both are at their max level. You don’t need any additional passive items for this.
  • SpellString, SpellStream, and SpellStrike can be evolved into SpellStrom, provided all three are at their max level. You don’t need any additional passive items for this.
