There are a lot of names on the Fortnite Takedown Quests, and some are easier to find than others. To find Montague in Fortnite, you’ll need to know exactly where to drop. He resides in his lordly mansion, kept company by guards.
Montague’s location in Fortnite
To find Montague, you will need to drop into the Grand Glacier building to the far East of the map. His mansion is located in the snowy area of the map, at the top of the mountain. You should be able to drop into this location from pretty much any Battle Bus flyover.
You will find Montague patrolling through his home in Fortnite Grand Glacier. It is a large building, but it shouldn’t be too hard to find him. However, he will have a lot of henchmen around him, so come prepared.
How to beat Montague in Fortnite
The best method, I find, to beat Montague in Fortnite is to come very well-prepared. If you drop with a squad, you will have a much higher chance to take him down. If one of your squad kills Montague, as long as you are still alive, it will count towards your Takedown challenge.
My first suggestion is to drop into Grand Glacier when the Battle Bus is flying far away from it. This will reduce the amount of other players at the location. Montague is a high-priority target in Fortnite, so expect others to be there trying to find him.
The Grand Glacier will have a few weapons laid around the zone. You can find a few good guns in the gardens and hedge maze. However, I have found a lack of any kind of potions or healing items in the area. I would suggest loading up on healing items and potions before attempting your attack.
Be aware of Montague’s army in Fortnite. They will make your job a lot harder. What worked for my squad was having some members keep the henchmen busy while the rest attacked Montague from a distance. If you are alone, you can also run away from the team and get some sniper shots in before he gets too close.

You’re there for the loot, let’s face it. When you find and defeat Montague in Fortnite, he will drop a Mythic Enforcer AR along with his Medallion. This Medallion will allow you to constantly recover shields throughout the game. The more bosses you defeat, the more Medallions you will have. Therefore, the more shield recharge you will have.
