Choosing the right Iron Maiden
So, you have managed to unlock the lever and now have access to the Iron Maidens in You Will Die Here Tonight. You may have been expecting a simple task of walking up to the shiny-looking one, but no, things are never that easy. After they get muddled up, like some ball and cup streetside hustle, you need to pick the right one. Getting this wrong will result in one seriously gory death.
As the Iron Maidens switch themselves around in You Will Die Here Tonight, you would be forgiven for losing sight of the correct one. However, I have the eyes of an eagle. I can tell you that it is the right Iron Maiden you want to step into. Don’t worry; this never changes. You can rest assured you will be safe.
Your loot
Once you have selected the right Iron Maiden, you will finally have your hands on the Valve. This tool is needed to open not only the furnace but also a whole load of doors on the map. This will make getting around a lot easier, even if your character dies.
You can spot the doors you can open on the map with the valve by the small point in the middle. The doors are usually made of iron and hide the next stages of the puzzle behind them. However, beware, some of these doors also hold back enemies.
Be aware that if you completely die with your whole team, you will need to return to the Iron Maiden puzzle in You Will Die Here Tonight. By your third playthrough, you will know this puzzle inside and out.
