XomB Rising On 360, PC, PS3

3G Studios have announced that new IP XomB will be coming to PC and next-gen consoles.The game is set in a “re-imagined version of feudal Asia,” according to Patric Starr, a designer at 3G’s Tahoe studios, with the player fighting epic battles where a Darkness (their capitalisation, not ours) is corrupting the land and reaping souls.The player will be liberating the people of the conquered lands and learning to use the dark force as they fight to stop the spread of evil, which is re-animating the dead. We’re told to expect a dark story that draws a lot from Asian mythology.And yes, it’s pronounced “zombie.”We’re promised more details in the coming weeks.
