Galloping galaxies: Legends of Pegasus announced

Not a winged horse in sight as Kalypso announces the 4X space strategy title, Legends of Pegasus.

You can expect all of the four tenuous X’s (“eXlore, eXpand, eXploit and eXterminate”) in this game, plus the usual juggling act between diplomacy, warfare, research and the economy.
German developer Novacore Studios is eager to highlight the turn-based/real-time combat mix, as well as the three races and 12 playable factions present in the game’s universe.

Legends of Pegasus will be released in mid 2012 for the PC.
