The company was already home to ex-Blizzard, ArenaNet and NCsoft employees. The latest additions include a creative director from Halo, and the PR director from BioWare who oversaw the campaigns behind the Dragon Age and Mass Effect series. There’s also a lead writer from Dungeons and Dragons and Aion, and a network operations director who put together the Xbox Operation Centre.

“We want En Masse Entertainment to serve as a magnet for creative talent,” said En Masse CEO Dr. Jae-Heon Yang. “As we build toward the launch of TERA, we are adding veteran strength to all facets of the company to ensure a topnotch Action MMO experience for our customers.”
