Ubisoft has stated that by expanding the Assassin’s Creed product line, it will encourage sales of the recently-released sequel.Not content to rely on high review scores, Ubisoft recently released a MCV.“They help to increase awareness and interaction with the Assassin’s Creed franchise.”It seems the success of Lineage – which amassed over 1.7 million views on YouTube in 24 hours – has encouraged the company to examine new ways of promoting games.“Assassin’s Creed: Lineage is Ubisoft’s first film project,” Sanghera added.“However, as mentioned, the company has ambitions to become an entertainment provider.
