After previewing some economic changes to Paladins, Hi-Rez have now posted the full patch notes for OB54. They include details of the new champion, Lian (Scion of House Aico).
Her abilities include an Heirloom Rifle (400 damage every 0.45 seconds at medium range), Valor (a charged shot also damaging for 400 to foes directly in front), Presence (charge rifle for 0.5 seconds, piercing shot does 800d), Grace (quick dodge in the direction you’re moving, plus a fired shot at nearest enemy doing 400d), and Enlightenment (“gain damage and CC immunity for 1s then fire a powerful blast that passes through enemies and deals 1600 damage”).
The notes go on to detail Lian’s Legendaries and available cards. As the notes continue, they go further into the Paladins economy changes (Essence is in, in a big way; champions cost more), and alterations to champion level progression (it’s faster).
