The next installment of the Assassin’s Creed franchise which takes us to the Caribbean and supposedly will take place around the time frame where pirates would have been in full force is due for announcement this Monday, however you won’t have to wait if you want to find out the release date and available platforms.
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag’s teaser site let slip a bit more information than intended earlier today. The game is due for a full announcement on Monday, and although we’re still going to need to keep waiting until then for the trailer two pretty big details have already leaked.
Here’s what Ubisoft didn’t want us to see yet.
Gaming Everything made the discovery after having a dig around the teaser site and managed to find a page that not only confirmed that Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag would be coming to next generation systems, it also contained the release date of October 29th!
Combined with the other platforms confirmed earlier today, Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag will be coming to as many systems as possible. With Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii-U confirmed, it seem we can add Playstation 4 and the next gen Xbox to that list too.
Don’t forget to check back on Monday for the trailer and all the details on the next installment in the franchise.
