GTA 5 on PC will be able to output to Ultra HD, all the way to 4K. Furthermore, like the 8th generation versions, you will be able to play it on first person perspective, only if you have a PC powerful enough, it will be in 4K.

While the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions are sure to shine, the minimum that those consoles can do in terms of performance can be equalled and easily surpassed by the PC version. There can’t be any argument here on which version will have the superior graphics.
