Genshin Impact Version 4.2 is almost here, but some of you are already want to know when Version 4.3 will be released. Maybe you’re saving your Primogems for those two new playable characters coming with 4.3. Read on to find out.
When does Genshin Impact Version 4.3 release?
While there has not been an official announcement of Genshin Impact Version 4.3’s release date just yet, Genshin Impact follows a pretty consistent release schedule, allowing us to reliably estimate when the next version will drop. Genshin Impact Version 4.2 releases on November 8, while an average Genshin Impact patch lasts around six weeks.
With this in mind, you can expect Genshin Impact Version 4.3 to be released around December 20, 2023, give or take a few days. Update delays in Genshin Impact are exceedingly rare, but they do happen, so the listed date is not guaranteed until officially confirmed by HoYoverse. However, this should provide a fairly accurate estimate of how much time is left.
New characters for Genshin Impact Version 4.3
While not much is known at the moment about Genshin Impact Version 4.3, we do know the identities of two new playable characters joining the roster during this update. Players will be able to test their luck in obtaining Navia, a new Geo character, and Chevreuse, a new Pyro character. Not many details are currently known about these two characters, so check back closer to the update for details about their abilities and ascension materials.
