Our guild communities are growing by leaps and bounds. Barring the 80-odd people in the Dota 2 guild, we’ve now set up a sister guild on Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (when the game works) as well as a cross-guild forum. Huzzah!
You can join Odd Jobs, our Final Fantasy XIV Free Company (that’s the fancy Final Fantasy XIV word for “guild”), by creating a character on the NA/EU server Cerberus and sending a message to one of the following people:
- Duncan Macleod
- Farune Swiftforce
- Unoriginal Name
- Snuggle Paws
- Ezra Morningstar
Rules are pretty much the same as the Dota 2 guild – don’t be a dick, and we’ll all get along swimmingly.
The forum itself is hosted here on IncGamers and can be accessed by clicking either the Forums button at the top of this page, or by clicking this little link here. Feel free to drop by and talk about patch notes, or schedule games/dungeon runs, or ask for help, or talk about stuff completely unrelated to either game. It’s all good.
And, obviously, our Dota 2 guild is still accepting members. To join that, add me as a friend on Steam and – at a time when you can log into Dota 2 – send me a message stating that you’d like to join the IncGamers guild.
Finally, on the Dota 2 guild front, one of our members has started livestreaming Dota 2 games. Not only that, but that channel will also be livestreaming games of some of our newbie guild members taking on bots, with the commentary offering thoughts and advice. Huzzah, again!
