Watch the impressive Star Citizen Anvil Hornet ship video

Anvil Aerospace are on a bit of a marketing campaign in Star Citizen with the Anvil Hornet ship. This new video from Cloud Imperium is another one of their rather cool ship adverts and if these don’t make you want to back the game I don’t know what will.

The Hornet is a “dedicated dogfighter” and this video shows the ship perfectly with the video being rendered 100% in-engine in real time at 4k resolution. There are different versions of the Hornet, the Ghost which is stealth, the Tracker which is an ECM craft with advanced sensors, and the Super Hornet which includes more advanced weapons than the other two with a turret and a second seat for a radar operator.

Cloud Imperium are wanting to really push PC hardware with Star Citizen, and if you have a monitor capable of 4k, then you can download the full video here. If you don’t they recommend 1080p to appreciate the visual quality so make sure that’s selected when you watch the video below. Don’t forget to download the PDF brochure for the ship for more on this little beauty.

Great stuff once again.
