Jervis Tetch, also known as the Mad Hatter, is a super-villain whose first appearance in the DC comics was against in Batman in 1948, according to Wiki. A paranoid schizophrenic genius who thinks of himself as more of a child than an adult, I’m sure he’ll make a worthy rival for players of the superhero MMO.
