To get the “good” ending in Buckshot Roulette, you need to beat the Dealer at their own game. With the right strategy and a pinch of luck, you can whittle the Dealer’s health down to zero and win the prize that you came here for.

After dealing the killing blow to the Dealer, a brief pause is followed by a suitcase filled with cash unceremoniously being extended across the table. You grab the cash and the gun and drive away from the rusty nightclub, putting an end to the game of Buckshot Roulette for good. Your overall payment varies depending on how many items you used and how many shots you fired, but you’ll typically walk away with about $60,000 if you beat the Dealer and emerge victorious.

The good ending might seem hopeful at first, but it just leaves you with an empty feeling and several unanswered questions. Who was the Dealer? What is the purpose of their game? How many have died before you? You’ll never find out, but at least you got paid.

Buckshot Roulette Bad Ending Explained

If you lose the game of Buckshot Roulette and run out of revives, then you’ll get the “bad” ending. After the Dealer unleashes the killing blow, there’s an abrupt cut to black. Instead of being brought back from the brink of death with a defibrillator, however, you find yourself in a hellish white void. Beyond a gothic gate, large spikes just out of the ground at awkward angles, piercing the sky and rising so tall that ou can barely see their tips.

After losing your life in the game of Buckshot Roulette, the Dealer traps you in an afterlife of his own making. You’re stuck here forever, left to wander with nothing but your thoughts to keep you company. This ending gives some insight into the Dealer’s true identity, but there are still several questions left unanswered.
