You will find all three Refined Air Dash shard locations in Atlas Fallen in one location while completing the From Beliefs to Trust quest in the Monsalar: Bastegar’s Underground location after raising the Knight’s Gate in Caladrias. When you first reach Bastegar’s Underground, you will be given the quest From Beliefs to Trust, where you are tasked with traveling to the Underground City. Once inside the Underground City, head to the Royal Palace, as shown on the map above.

Once there, you will have to defeat a Spiker Wraith. I found it best to attack its tail while keeping yourself in the air. This will help you avoid any of its attacks and keep you safe for most of the fight.

After the fight, you can raise the Anvil and obtain the Refined Dash Piece. However, you must find the three Refined Air Dash shards to upgrade your gauntlet.

Luckily, you won’t have to search Sunken City for three different pieces. Instead, you will find all three pieces at once back navigating to the quest marker in the Royal Palace. From the Anvil, head west, and you will go inside a building. It is here you will complete the From Beliefs to Trust quest. Don’t leave, though, because you need to go deeper into the room. The three Refined Dash shards are on the table, as shown above. Collet them, and you can now upgrade your gauntlet and gain the ability to dash three times!
