Dragon’s Dogma 2: Best rings and how to get them

Dragon’s Dogma 2 has tons of rings to find on the journey, hidden in caves, purchased from vendors, exchanged for seekers tokens, etc. Below are our picks for the best rings in no particular order.

Ring of Acclamation

The Ring of Acclamation moderately increases the wearer’s health, making it one of the best rings in Dragon’s Dogma 2. More specifically, it increases health by 200. This can significantly improve survivability in the mid-to-late game, and I recommend always having it equipped from the moment you get it until you beat the game.

There are many ways to get the Ring of Acclamation in Dragon’s Dogma 2, but the easiest way is to purchase it from Philbert’s Sundries in Vernworth or Morris’s Apothecary in Checkpoint Rest Town.

Ring of Aggression and Ring of Percipience

I put these two rings together since the one you will want to choose depends on the vocation you’re playing. The Ring of Aggression increases Strength by 30, while the Ring of Percipience raises your Magick by 30. In other words, if you are playing as a Fighter, Warrior, or Thief, you will want to get the Ring of Aggression. If you are a Sorcerer, Mage, or Magick Archer, go for the Ring of Percipience.

An increase of 30 points doesn’t seem like a lot, but it’s more than you think. To put things into perspective, 30 points is equivalent to leveling your character around five times. Players can get the Ring of Aggression from Dudley in Melve and the Ring of Percipience from Grisha’s Armory in Sacred Arbor.

Ring of Momentum

The Stamina stat is very important in Dragon’s Dogma 2 as it dictates how many weapon skills you can execute, how far you can sprint, how long you can hold onto enemies, and so on. Stamina can deplete quickly, so equipping the Ring of Momentum can make a huge difference. The Ring of Momentum will increase the wearer’s Stamina stat by 150.

While players can get the Ring of Momentum as a random drop from Cyclops, it is rare. The best and fastest way to get it is to complete the Phantom Oxcart side quest.

Ring of Resolution

The most annoying thing in Dragon’s Dogma 2 is getting knocked to the ground and unable to get up. This is where the Ring of Resolution comes in. Equipping this powerful ring will increase your Knockdown Resistance stat by an astonishing 100 points, reducing the number of times you fall to the ground and keeping you in the fight longer.

Players can obtain the Ring of Resolution from Dudley, a traveling merchant in Melve. It can also be obtained through a random drop from Golems, although it is rare.

Ring of Triumph

The Ring of Triumph is one of the best rings in Dragon’s Dogma 2 since it increases three stats: Stamina, Health, and the amount of weight you can carry. Getting all those boosts from one ring slot allows you to reap those benefits while still having room to equip another ring on the other finger. This makes the Ring of Triumph so valuable.

To acquire the Ring of Triumph in Dragon’s Dogma 2, you must turn in 15 Seeker’s Tokens at any vocation guild.

Ring of Vehemence

The best way to gain an advantage during combat encounters is to knock down the opponent, which completely immobilizes them and opens the door to deal tons of damage. The Ring of Vehemence increases the chance of knocking down foes, which is especially helpful against larger enemies such as Griffins, Minotaurs, and even Drakes.

I equipped the Ring of Vehemence to my Warrior, who already has a high Knockdown Power stat. Now, he quickly drops all enemies to the floor. You can get the Ring of Vehemence by turning in 5 Seeker’s Tokens at a vocation guild.
