Best Talismans in Moonstone Island, ranked

Which one complements your deck the best?

One of the most exciting features of Moonstone Island is the ability to build your Spirit and their card deck. As they level up, you can continue to add and upgrade new cards to the deck. There’s one other way to upgrade your Spirit decks, which is through Talismans! You can acquire these Talismans randomly through the different islands you visit by interacting with the stone arches. In total, there are three Talismans, but you can only take one. Here’s a ranked list of the best Talismans in Moonstone Island.

Moonstone Island – Best Talismans, ranked

As soon as you interact with one of the many stone arches, you have the option to choose from three Talismans. Each one does something different, and since you can only choose one, it’s difficult to know what’s best. Also, you can only feed one Talisman to one Spirit, and then it’s consumed. Let’s dive into the ranked list, from best to worst, of the best Talismans in Moonstone Island.

1. Meditate Talisman

The Meditate Talisman allows you to upgrade one of your existing cards in your deck. Choose wisely for which Spirit you give the Meditate Talisman to, because upgrading a card can double the effects.

For example, if one card is an Attack card that does eight damage, upgrading it doubles the damage to 16. Or maybe you upgrade the card that cleanses half of the afflictions your Spirits have, so it instead cleanses all of them. Upgrading a single card can make your Spirit much more powerful than before. It can even make unlikable cards more useful.

2. Study Talisman

If you’re looking to add more cards to your Spirit’s deck, this is the best Talisman for you. It will add one new card of your choosing to their deck. I put this Talisman in second place simply because upgrading cards doesn’t happen as often as adding new ones does.

Every time your Spirit levels up, you can choose a new card to add. This makes the Study Talisman a little less useful, but I still use it often. You can never have too many cards.

3. Cleanse Talisman

Well, maybe you can have too many cards in one deck. The Cleanse Talisman can remove one card from your Spirit’s deck. Honestly, I put this in last place because I’d rather gain new abilities than remove them.

But I could see the Cleanse Talisman becoming useful during the later game when your Spirit has too many cards. Some cards just aren’t that useful during combat, so if you find your Spirit has too many cards you don’t like, take the Cleanse Talisman. I just wouldn’t recommend using it during the early game.
