Capcom has revealed they have teamed up with Virgin Gaming to bring real life betting for Super Street Fighter IV on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

Virgin Gaming is a membership service that manages competitive online matches between the two consoles. Their system ensures fair play, competitive matchups, and reputation management. It also has a system in place for people to take bets on those matches. Virgin already works with EA for competitive matches of FIFA, NBA, and NHL.
