Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Unveiled

Many announcments coming this evening and Bethesda’s Todd Howard took to the stage along with cloaked blokes and some moody lighting to reveal the next game in the Elder Scrolls series, Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. According to the promo, the game will follow on directly from Elder Scrolls IV: Oblvion. In case you were wondering, Skyrim is a fictional region in series and is home of the Nords.
The fact that there’s an Elders Scrolls V is no huge surprise to us here at IncGamers, the game was rumoured to be in the works back in October 2009 and also as early as February 2009. In 2006 Betehsda trademarked the name Skyrim so it’s really just been a waiting game as to when it would be announced officially.
A great looking trailer for the game was shown and fans can expect the game to be released on the 11 November next year. That’s 11/11/11 to you. Spooky.
