Guardian Silva boss fight
Let’s discuss the Guardian Silva boss fight in Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights‘ Catacombs level.
During the first phase, Guardian Silva will be in her human form. She likes to do a backward jump before shooting several fireballs. It’s better to block with the Headless Defender here since the Fretia’s Ring parry usually just negates one projectile.
When it comes to dealing damage, I had Gerrod (aggressive melee hits), Western Merchant (a crow passively blasting fireballs), and Floral Sorceress (a quick tornado when I think the coast is clear).
After you’ve depleted Guardian Silva’s HP, you’ll enter phase two of the fight where she’ll turn into a monstrosity. If she steps back, she’ll usually cast several eruptions. Try to be further away so you’ll have more time to avoid them.
Oh, and Western Merchant, Dark Witch Eleine, and Fallen Archer might be good here. It’s an opportune time to deal damage from further away.
After defeating the boss, you’ll receive the following:
- Guardian Silva – Chained hammer attack; can be held down for more damage/larger AoE.
- Guardian’s Wings – A dash move that replaces your clumsy dodge. You can also do this while in mid-air or while swimming.
- Last Rites – Gives you a special/SP Gauge that gets filled up whenever you land hits. Once full, you can press up + the corresponding skill button to unleash that spirit’s ultimate move.
