Players should notice an increase to performance in major market hubs, since a change to the client will result in fewer calls to the database, meaning a smoother play experience. Tech 3 has received a number of alterations to subsystems, changing the way several of them work. Players will also notice many changes to ships, modules, weapons and ammunition and the user interface.

There is also a long list of fixes for EVE, including changes made to character creation and the new player experience, the skill queue, NPCs, agents and missions, the user interface, graphics and many more.

See the Patch 1.1 notes for a full list. Servers are expected to be back up by 16.15 GMT.
