First Borderlands DLC Detailed

The first DLC pack for forthcoming RPG-shooter Borderlands has been announced.The DLC, titled “The Zombie Island of Dr. Ned,” revolves around the location of Jakobs Cove. The titular Dr. Ned has, in an attempt to keep the workers at Jakobs Cove alive, accidentally created a horde of zombies and “other abominations.”Players will work alongside Dr. Ned in an attempt to cure the inhabitants. Expect new enemies, new quests, and new loot.The pack is slated to hit later this year for 800 Microsoft Points, and $9.99 USD. Much as this is sure to raise the ire of the internet, we’re not hugely surprised to hear the first DLC announcement – the game went goldawhile back.
