Nvidia has kicked out a new set of Forza Horizon 3 Game Ready drivers taking them to version 372.90.

This update has been specifically released in time for Forza Horizon 3 which will be available on 23 September for Ultimate Edition owners and 27 September for everyone else.
The drivers can be picked up from Nvidia’s site or grabbed via the GeForce experience. This is assuming your version doesn’t uninstall itself then fail to update when it tries a reinstall. Yes, that just happened.
